These terms and conditions apply to the use of our caravans located at Oakdene Forest Park.

By booking our caravans, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Our VAT registration number is 794 9001 04.  We are a member of the Federation of Small Businesses

1.           INTRODUCTION.
1.1.      These conditions apply to rental contracts made between us.  We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time and the current version will be
            posted on our website.  You should review the latest terms and conditions before booking.
1.2.      Our website represents as accurately as possible the facilities offered.  Any errors or omissions are unintentional. 
1.3       You can access this Website without registering your details with us.

2.           BOOKING CONTRACT
2.1.       No single sex groups are allowed.
2.2.       No smoking in our caravans.
2.3.       No pets are allowed in our caravans.
2.4.       Our acceptance of an order takes place when we receive the deposit. Once this is acknowledged the contract will be made.
2.5.       The period of your stay is from 4pm on the first day of your holiday to 10am on the last day of your holiday.  Please collect and return keys to
             Oakdene Reception.

3.          PRICING
3.1.       All prices include VAT at the current rates.  If you require a VAT invoice you must request one at the time of booking.
3.2.       A Deposit of £75 per week or £50.00 per break is required at the time of booking. 
3.3.       The Balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday starts.  Payment in Full is required at booking if your holiday is booked within the 8 weeks of your holiday.
3.4.       We accept payments by cheque, debit and credit card (there is a charge of 3.0% for credit card payments).  Cheques should be made payable to
            ‘Newlyn Services’.

4.          CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1.         If you wish to cancel your holiday:
             4.1.1.    Cancellations must be made in writing.  You can notify us by letter or email to 'enquiries@vantastic-holidays.co.uk’.
             4.1.2.    if cancellation is prior to 6 weeks of your holiday your Deposit will be forfeit
             4.1.3.    if cancellation is within 6 weeks of your holiday and we have received the full amount then your Deposit plus 50% of the balance paid will be
                         forfeit.
4.2.         We recommend you consider taking out holiday cancellation insurance to cover any such risks.

5.          OAKDENE SITE FACILITIES
5.1.       We cannot guarantee that all the Oakdene facilities are available at all times.
5.2.       Oakdene operate rules and conditions regarding the use of their site facilities and you agree to abide by these.  Please ask for further details.

6.          LIABILITY
6.1.      We are unable to accept liability if we are unable to supply you the caravan due to a Force Majeure, an event which we cannot avoid, such as act of God,
            riot, war, explosion, accident, flooding, earthquake, terrorism or any similar event outside our control.

7.          MISCELLANEOUS
7.1.      You may not assign, sub-let or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions

8.          WEBSITE USE
8.1        the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are
            owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website for any purpose is prohibited.
            If you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions, your permission to use this Website automatically terminates and you must immediately
           destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website. 
8.2       Other than personally identifiable informationany material you transmit or post to this Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
            We will have no obligations with respect to such material.

9.           GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
9.1.      These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and
            conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
